Can anyone recommend a good pop up blocker to me that I can download for free? I’m fed up of getting pop ups every time I use putlocker.

Why cant you use Firefox as a browser? Under Option > Content >>> click on 'block popup windows'

I use Adblock plus its an extension on Chrome and Firefox not only does it block pop-ups but also adds on the page. I don't see a single on any website I visit.
