hello,i watch rahat’s cooking show often,she told about her recepie of poori which is perfect n very gud recepie according to her becuz many ladies hv tried this recepie n inform her but i could nt watch her dat show,anyone here who has watched her show plzz share rahat’s poori recepie.thnx aloot.

**Rahat's special poori
**Make the same dough as you normally do for roti with:
500g maida
1/2 tsp salt
Water
Leave for 1- 1 1/2 hrs covered with a wet cloth.
Roll into a long roll and break off to make balls. Flatten each ball. Put a bit of flour on each and roll with rolling pin in to a round poori.
Fry in hot oil. 1st puri will not be perfect.
she has made poori several times..its very very simple..normal atta goondh lo...1 hr k liay chor do ..phir choti roti bna kur deep-fry kr lo 1 at a time..voila...
