I am so disappointed by TCS sentiments Express service that I don’t know what to do. I sent flowers to my wife on 14th Feb and they did not deliver it.
I kept on sending messages but the address mentioned in their order confirmation was not valid and kept on bouncing back. Finally I sent messages copied to TCS.UK and UAE and they simply appologize that they could not deliver the gift.
From now on I will prefer donkeys over TCS delivery. This is not the first time that it happend to me, I wish I could have gone to Customer services manager and then…:bash:
but for that I have to go back to Pakistan.
