Hey all, heres the story of a girl who I kno She is hardly 23yrs old n Mashallah so cute n innocent apparently but wen I came to kno abt the circumstances in which she is surviving, it made me get tears in ma eyes,

By some resources I came to kno that she is the eldest in her all (5) siblings, her father is retired from a Govt. service and mom is housewife, as she was just in 10th standard, her father retired, after retirement her father tried to set up any business in partnership with all the savings of his life as they started facing troubles in running their home, but unfortunately he got cheated in it and that partner took away all his savings of life.

Now the situation is that they even don’t have their own home to live, kids are not able to attend the schools bcz of that much high fees, poor innocent girl saw the circumstances are going worst 4 them, so being the eldest she took all the responsibilites of her home on herself, n decided to do any job, but after all her qualification was just metric, she struggled too much and completed her Inter, but that is also not accepted as satisfied, she’s willing to study more, but again No Sponsorship, now she is doing a job of receptionist in a local hospital, now she is the only breadwinner at her home, hardly she earn 6k /month, which is not actually enough for this family,

Now comes the stage of her shadi, wen I asked her abt her wedding she replied “how can I leave my old parents and little siblings and get married? She added that I don’t even have a penny saved, who is going to marry a poor girl like me n how? ” Wen I heard all abt it, I felt so sorry 4 her, n am willing to help her as much as I can, the purpose 4 sharing this story that I wanna kno

What will be their future??

Is there any proper channel/organization that can sponsor this family?

Is there any easy way 4 them to survive in this society?

Are there some people still alive who can give them “Qarz-e-Hasana” ? Or there are just those people left who are just concerned about their own life styles? Their status?
If so, then who is going to help people who are suffering?

Am sorry guys 4 being so harsh and hard as I got so emotional wen writing this thread

sad story, this is why pakistan society is messed up. I dont think there is any help except family/friends. No one cares. The father should do something as it was his own fault he was scammed. Surely he must have some military contacts that can help him out.

^How can you say that it was the father's own fault for being scammed? Maybe he was in it with a good heart and was looking for a way to provide for his family. People make bad choices in their life and I'm sure if he knew that he would lose all his money he wouldn't have started anything! Don't be so presumptious please.

Sad situation for this girl. Sadly there are many in Pakistan who are in similair/worse condition. I'm not sure if there is any organisation that can help them?! Are we allowed to give zakaat to families like these?

well i dont ahve any idea abt zakaat shud b given to them or not, n neither abt the edhi foundation, infact i think edhi foundation is just setup 4 dead bodies, n r not even fair dealers?I dont think is the bettr option, really have no idea abt it

Truely a sad story. May Allah given them a better life soon - Ameen.

People can send families like these money through someone. There is a girl in pakistan who was getting married and they had a hard time making ends meet re jahez and all that stuff, and i gave my zakaat for this year thru my mum to this girls family.

I am sure you can give money Allah kay naam say - there is alot of sawaab when people help these people in these situations.

it is his fault for risking his life savings and the future of his family on one deal.

I mean he was a working in the government services all his life, he should know that pakistan is full of scoundrels.

Sad story . May Allah lessen their burden and shower this family with his mercy.
I only help those for which my family back in Pakistan tells me to or my friends and acquaintances tell me to help out. Other than that I contribute to some well known charities in Pakistan, like Edhi Foundation , Kidney Foundation etc.
A word of caution for everybody please be careful before helping out people who request you to help via Internet , Internet is a big scamming medium. There are many heart wrenching stories on the Internet but all of them are not true some are just scams.

Very sad situation. The father does have a real responsibility to support his family unless he is disabled or physically unable to work. As someone else mentioned he must have some contacts.

What are the ages of the other siblings? Anyone over the age of 16 can work to help support the family through this situation. Is it possible that they can go to government schools? Do they have any relatives who can help them out?

All I can say help others if possible. I know someone who gave their zakak to a family, whose father had died, a younger bro of 8 elder sisters only one married, working hard for his family. With the help of the money and some saved money, he got 2 of his sisters married and is giving duas to the contributer all times. Help such familes and Allah will help you!

ur right that Internet is a big scam, but i belive pakistanis are much more bigger scam more over then internet :(

thats really sad. Do they have any close relatives that can help them out or maybe loan them some money?

There should really be some type of system in pakistan to help out families in such situations...

I confered abt their relatives but she said " it is proved that wen no money, no more relatives" :s
