I think you mean that India has more clout in the intl community than Pakistan does, so it can bully the world to acquiesce to it's agenda while suppressing the rights of the Kashmiri people and ignoring it's responsibility as a 'democracy'.

Yes, so if you want to reslove any dispute in this world, have bigger economic, social, and millitary danda than your enemy. Else people will talk of morality, humanity &c &c &c and it will not avail anything :)
