Does anyone in here know the “brand” Ponds from Pak? My mum bought a cream named it and I dont know if I should use it, since I’ve heard Pak creamz contains too many chemicals, which are not good obviously .. although on the ingredience list it doesnt say much?.. anyone?
Re: Ponds?
if it's the unilever ponds then it's available all over the world - it originated in the US and i think it was pretty popular brand back in our parents generation. providing it's actually been manufactured by unilever and isn't a knock-off, it should be fine to use.
Hmm its just called Pond's moisturising cold cream ..
Re: Ponds?
it sounds like regular ol' ponds. it should say the manufacturer on the back with the ingredients.
Re: Ponds?
Does it have a blue lid or a pink or green lid??
Pink one is Vanishing cream
Green is regular one
Blue one I think is for Dry skin (dont remember exactly)
You can use it if you want, just check the expiry date.
Re: Ponds?
It has blue .. What is vanishing cream?
Well I had a lil pimple so I used it on tht ... and it worked:D
Re: Ponds?
Quite frankly Im not a major fan of creams that come in tubs and jars due to the whole unhyg issue. So make sure you have a wooden spatula or a plastic spoon to scoop the cream out so you dont transfer bacteria from your finger to the entire jar.
Vanishing cream is like Stillmans.
I used it when I was a teenager, used to smell good but didnt do much vanishing :D
Re: Ponds?
Is it the same as Ponds in the US? Cuz I use Pond's cold cream here. It's mosturizing and is used to remove dirt/makeup. Works really well. =)
