Islam is the religion ALLAH, has givn to mankind since ADAM.
But gradually and piece by piece, so that human kind can absorb it. Just like in schools first they teach you abc before they teach you the words or sentences. They teach you 1+1=2 before they teach you how e=mc2 works. You must learn how to walk before you run. Islam was introduced to all and accepted by all but since it was introduced in different cultures what people did is they took some of it and mixed with their cultures, but it DOES NOT mean ISLAM has been changed or Quran has been changed. NO, Quran is still the same as it was revealed. As, the human mind started to mature Allah keep sending maore and more verses to human kind through his prophets, there are around 167,000 prophets sent by Allah carrying the same message. and finally everything was wrapped up in the form of quran. That is why in Quran you will read things from the creation of universe to the end of the universe and after judgement day.
If you think that if you stick to Christinity or any other religion prior to Islam you will succeed. If that was the case then there was no reason for revealing the QURAN. Look at this way, in school or college or you University, if you professor tells you that you should read the latest edition because some vital changes have been made to the former scientific researches or the theories, and the exam will be from the FINAL edition of the book, what you think you will pass the exam. without reading the final edition. I think not. because if the last edition was so complete what's the reason for the new one. After the revelation of Quran everything prior to quran should be void and the whole mankind must stick to ISLAM. THE COMPLETE RELIGION.
Can't say didn't warn ya.

Andhra you might accept others being husbands of ur wife at a same time, but this is unacceptable for the rest of the world.
guess what , even the African tribes dont have this custom which u are supporting..
<<
I don't know about African tribes, but Polyandry is very much prevalent among Tibetan Nomads as faithfully recorded by Heinrich Heirer in 'Seven Years In Tibet'.
As for the rest, I stand by my words. Mind you a majority of Hindus are monogamous, but Hinduism doesn't treat Polyandry as Sin.

Hence when Brits were leaving they asked whom are u gonna go with? Creating many states would also have been an option. But Hindu nationalist leaders didnt want it. Precisely at that time there was movement among the indians to define just what the hell is hindu and hinduism and many writers thinkers wrote pamphlets at that time. Gandhi himself is credited for labelling everything as part of hinduism including sikhism which according to him was an offshoot of hinduism. And arab world covers a much bigger area than India, so there is no comparison. The question why is it broken up? The asnwer is because it came under the colonial powers, who when vacating those territories gave the power back to the locales of the respective region. There was no caliphacy which could be considered as some sort of centrality and hence you have so many arab states. Even what you know today as syria, jordan, palestine and jordan was one state referred to historically as " Bilaad al Shaam"
And just because we are muslims doesnt mean that automatically everything would become heaven. Look at this forum....people are so politically intelligent that they would support a aslickdicklicktator who admires his holer ataturk. So, effort always has to be put in for good results.**
