are there any guppies who have experienced polygamy etc. on a personal basis, as in seen in happen to someone they knew, or been in a relationship involving numbers larger than 2. how did it/does it work out?

no both mothers were alive funy as they were already 15 sibling the youngest one 2 years n one more was coming i found it funy sorry

Yes, I have experienced polygamy in my relatives. I have three stories to share with you guys.
Three people secretly married another woman and kept it as a secret til today but people have found out the truth.
All the wives were devastated by the news. These husbands would travel a lot. All the three wives have put up with their husbands and I guess the truth will be exposed when they die. People have seen the other woman with them. My uncle have 10 children with his first wife, never stayed with her, went on business trips, and settled down with her to another place. The kids spent their lives with the mother but he was providing them the money, education, and shelter. The wife spent her entire life taking care of the kids and their parents always had abusive relationship. Things are better for them since the kids are grown-ups now. The kids have gone through a vert tough time in their lives because of the father’s behavior.
My mamoo married a woman who was 30 years younger than him at the age of 60. My mamu never had children with his first wife who was about the same age as him. The second wife belongs to a village in Pakistan and she succeeded in making a romantic connection with him over the phone. He got her immigrated to U.K. He married her because the first wife was sick and at the urge of dying. He told the first wife that he wants to marry her so she can take care of her. My 1st mami always refused the idea and she cried her heart out. My 1st mami used to complain that the husband used to stay at the hospital all night whenever she got sick but after the marriage with the second wife that he would never stay. Unfortunately, she died after a year. My mamoo cried a lot for a year to cope up with the loss.
I have seen men teasing and torturing their wives by saying we will get married to another beautiful woman and you wont be able to do anything. The wife would respond: make sure to tell her to take care of your kids and put up with you ;)...lol

tbh, i was looking for happy stories of successful polyamory. maybe one of the several people who were supporting it can post a few joyful instances of the situation to balance it out?

I have. In the end, the guy died in his late 40s because of stress. no joke.

if the women in a polygamous marriage are happy i don't see anything wrong with it. isn't the main goal of life to be happy.

A long time ago I attended this lecture by this sufi dude. He had three wives and they were all there after the Q & A and having chai shai together and all getting on really well. I think he unlocked the mystery of the universe.

all those women that are in such a marriage obviously don't have a great problem with it, i used to wonder the same thing as you but nowadays i try to see it from all sides and try to put myself in their position. Honestly, i'm guessing i wouldn't be able to handle it emotionally but i have nothing against it and i would say as a woman if i love the guy very very much, the women that are in such a situation and doing decently well emotionally, in my eyes they are very strong women.

yeah... he had 5 kids from first one.. and 2 from the 2nd one and died happily under the age of 40 .....
and both families lived happily and peacefully AFTER him ....... :-)

I know of several, none r happy. They exist bcz they dnt have much of a choice. The step children try to gain attention of dad and r extremely resentful of each other. The women, well thy r miserable
