i’ve seen plenty of Pashtun women and most aren’t blonde and milky skinned, as for Baloch, most of them are pretty swarthy apart from some tribes close to the Afghan border where they mixed with Pashtuns.

This also varies according to tribe and region. There is a bit of variety among tribes and certain features are more commonly found in certain tribes. Blonde hair and light skin and eyes are quite common among Zazais from Paktia and the surrounding area. Such features are also extremely common among the tribes living around Shamali.
