It’s pretty rare, you get the odd Northern Pakistani adult with dirty blonde hair but it’s uncommon and you will almost never find those Scandinavian blonde types

I think it may be more common in some areas than others. I have a Pakistani friend (from Peshawar) with ash blonde hair. It seems to be a family trait as most of his family have it too. I’ve seen quite a few people from that region with varying shades of blonde, so I don’t think it’s that rare.
