Are they strictly private matter or we can have conversation on that? In US its a private matter and I think its right because people start fighting on religious and political matters.
And for me why we waste so much time on disscussing politics if don’t bring change to societ.Does this disscussion bring any positive changes at one point religious disscussion may change another point of view but disscussing poiltics is just waste of time.What are your views on it?

Discussing politics makes my knees wobble so I stay out. It's too complicated for me anyway.
I don't mind discussing religion but then I'm afraid I'd hurt someone so I stay out as much as possible as well.

hahaha ^ Ehtasab they can disscuss discovery,science,technology,cars, their inventions (if they are genius) bussiness ideas, general information which is interesting.

healthy debate is good for society. but there is a time and place for every thing. dont spark up these two at a pleasant get together but if a forum is arranged especially for that then why not? a reasonable debate brings attention to issues and politics effects the lives of every person so i guess they want to talk about it whether or not they can bring a drastic change .
