Take me no wrong, The controversial JIT could not provide a single conclusive evidence to prove NS guilty of corruption or any other chrages laid on him. After finding nothing against NS and seeing the whole exercise going in vain, they came out with this iqama..and tada…there is slightest ray of hope for media and judges!
Had SC would acted fair, the best move for Iqama has to be trial either in SC or in EC, where the later was the right forum for such cases, i.e. undeclared assets!!!

I wonder only winner here is Army who is able to now show us how ill logical and stupid all other institutes are, well still not too late, as soon as possible revocation or fixing of 62/63 is needed, votes are there, get Asma Jehangir and some other top lawyers to draft the legislation, have one day of debate, one day for vote, one day for Senate approval and get it done. Its about Parliament to stand up to tyranny.
