Everytime elections are near political parties take out their victim cards spit shine them and get ready for campaigning.
Parties at the both sides of govt. give eachother full excuses to come up with their own brand of victim cards.
So help me chose patry with shashkay wala victim card for next elections.

I’d say choose MQM as they don’t even need cards to portray themselves as victims. 
Otherwise PPP usually have quite a shashkay wala victim card, so you can’t go wrong there.
