^ Killing Taliban foot soldiers is a great first step. Now how about taking action against their supporters and sympathisers in the Pak establishment ?

The thing you are suggesting is much easier said than done in the land of corrupt politicians, complex social structures and cultural systems, historical animosities and emotional and indifferent public.
