President Musharraf in his address to the UN Assembly in 2002 or 2003 specifically mentioned the genocide in Gujrat, and spared no words in attacking the culprits behind it. Moreover, he also raised his concerns (in some pretty strong language) about the general apathy and lack of media focus towards that incident. This pissed off the Indians to no end, as UN is really the ultimate place to voice out your stance.
Musharraf's highlighting of the Gujarat genocide has at least resulted in Modi being refused entry by the west. But it is India that needs to do more to bring this man and his associates to justice.

Show me a muslim country which is secular. Its Oxymoron to say so. If a christian comes and says something out here against India I can understand. But majority of them never say anything like that. Let the Pope say whatever he wants. Did Bush stop going into Iraq just because Pope said no. Thats how a born again christian takes the Pope's words, and u are talking about India. In India can there be only protest for banning Da vinci code.

It's an oxymoron to state that India is secular after what happened to Muslims in Gujarat, and the people who carried that genocide out are elected back to power by Hindu's.

So u say america is very secular. IS that what u say..:). I dont know about that but I heard , anybody resembling a typical muslim definition are searched and humuliated. I thought Bush is the president who were on a crusade against Muslims.
I dont have respect for Bush or Modi. Both are dump asses. But I find it very funny inorder to win an argument u can a make a messiah out of George w bush.:).
Its u guys who have selective amnesia. Does some of the european countries ban head scarf. Is that not the european countries who made the cartoon.

It is Indian's who said that the west saw India as a secular state not me. If that is so, then why have they refused Modi into their countries? As long as Modi is around and allowed to govern after his role in the Gujarat masscare of Muslims, then you cannot claim you are secular.

U didnt get the drift did u. U take out Modi in whole of India and his rejection of the american visa as a proof that India is percieved as non secular by the western countries. Well I can as well take out some deeds and laws in these secular states ( which i believe strongly they are ) and paste it up here to proove my point that these countries are also non secular.
