ooh they can fine you for not having "originals of insurance". what is that? I just have like faxed copy of car insurance, what is an original insurance paper?

lolz its never nice to be fined i know that from personal experience :(
but its good to see that u can be fined for not possessing pollution certificate.
a lot is going on about air pollution in the world. world leaders meeting to solve this
problem. Rs. 550,- is a lot of money u can do much better things with it i am sure.
to give u an example last i was driving on a highway and i just crossed white (not dotted white line) and i was fined Euro 90,-. And for holding mobile phone in my hands (yes just holding not tlaking not doing anything else) Euro 150,-

i was stoppped yesterday for crossing the amber/red light...not having insurnace...as i was driving my cousins car....somebody long ago told me to pray Inna nillah wa inna nillahe rajeoon when you get into big troubles...and guess what they only told me to be careful next time...amazing.
