Ayaz Khan was on his way home after performing his duty as part of the security escort of a civil judge when he found the bag filled with money lying on the roadside.
He initially took the money to his house and began the search for its owner. After some time, Ayaz Khan heard the owner of the money announcing that he had lost it on a loud speaker.
After ascertaining that this was the rightful owner, the police constable returned the money and was offered a Rs500,000 reward which he refused to accept. first time in my life im proud of policemen…
Good to hear that, police can be honest if we stop recruiting them by taking a bribe, if we can offer them decent salary/commission on 'imposed fines/chalans' etc.
