No matter what the appologist say, the beating received by this old man at the hand of 4 people doesnt justify whatever “crime” he may have done.

I saw that on TV this morning .. the dude looked sober but I am no expert on that but you really can't question his age.

Heard the victim this morning on CNN and he wants the black cop on the horse trying to block the video tape also prosecuted.
What was most disturbing when the victim was on the ground, hand cuffed bleeding badly and this cop walks up to him and kicks him in the head. Insane. No excuses. Bad cops must be punished.
