Pole Dancing for Fitness

Anyone tried pole dancing as a way of keeping fit? Is it effective as part of a long-term fitness regime? I took a class a few years ago, even after the warm-up I have to admit I was exhausted lol and I’m thinking of going back and giving it another go.. also would love to be able to do all those fancy moves, hanging upside down etc. :smiley:

It is actually a very good way to keep fit..... and think of all those fancy moves you will learn!!! ;)

I really want to learn how to do these, apart from my fitness my other half would love it lol:

:| ...... and if someone has alot of weight to lose (like me)... they have to grow a tree so the roof doesnt fall off with them!!

It burns a lot of energy, and good for entertainment for others....

Better do it privately and newbies should wear a halmet! :D
