I have read but I will have to find out… anyone else knows, please do share…

(from my journal):
Har kujaa beeni Jaahaan-e-Rung-O-boo
AankaY az khaakash barveed-e-aarzoo
yaaz Noor-e-Mustafa, ooraa bahaast
Yaa hanooz under Talaash-e-Mustafa ast
Mafhoom:
In this world of color and joy whatever good you see anywhere is from the light of guidance from the Prophet of ALLAH Hadhrat Muhammad Ibn-e-Abdullah Al Mustafa :saw: or if you see people seeking any betterment, they are really still seeking Mustafa Al Mujtaba:saw2:
I always wonder how beautifully Iqbal:rehm: has said all that.
Andaaz-e-BayaaN garchaY bahut shoukh naheeN hai
The way I speak is even though not very appealing
shayad kay uter jaaey teray dil maiN meri baat!
but perhaps, what I am saying will touch your heart
yaa wusa’t-e-aflaak maiN takbeer-e-musalsal!
Either a continuous call towards ALLAH:swt: and the call echoes even to the skies
yaa khaak kay aaghosh maiNn tasbeeh-O-munajaat!
Or doing a sajdaa infront of ALLAH:swt: and praying to Him and glorifying him
woh mazhab-e-mardaan-e-khud aagah-O-khuda mast!
those who call towards ALLAH:swt: follow the aspect of religion of Mujahideen who are in love with Allah’s Religion and who are striving to bring ALLAH’s name supreme
yeh mazhab-e-mulla-O-jamadaat-O-nabataat!
while those who are just praying to ALLAH:swt: alone and not even calling people towards what is right are following as if they are Mullah and like rocks and plants glorify ALLAH:swt: .. then, what’s the difference between any other creature of ALLAH:swt: and us humans. If we were anything but humans, we would have been glorifying him anyway. What’s so special glorifying Him and not calling people towards Islam??
Sheikh Saahib bhee tau pardaY kay koi haami naheeN
Muft maiN college kay laRkaY unn saY bud zunn ho gaYe Wa'az maiN farmaa diyaa kal aap naY yeh saaf saaf "Pardah aakhir kiss saY ho jub mard hee Zunn ho gaYe":D

^ I said I did read about Rooh in Iqbal's poetry several times but currently I do not have any with me... will have to find out :) I do not have my books with me as of now... I am posting all this from my OLD threads...
kabhi ai haqiqat-e-muntazir nazar aa libaas-e-majaaz me
keh hazaaron sajde tarrap rahay hain meri jabeen-e-neyaaz me
tarab aashanaa-e-Kharosh ho, tu navaa hai mahram-e-gosh ho
woh suroor kya keh chhupa huwa ho sukoot-e-pardaa-e-saaz me
tu bachaa bachaa ke na rakh issay, tera aaina hai vo aaina
keh shikasta ho to aziz-tar hai nigaah-e-aaina-saaz me
dam-e-tauf karmak-e-shamaa nay yeh kaha keh woh asr-e-kohan
na teri hikaayat-e-soz me na meri hadees-e-gudaaz me
na kahin jahaam me amaan mili, jo aman mili to kahaan mili
meray jurm-e-Khaanaa-Kharaab ko teray afw-e-banda-nawaz me
na woh ishq me rahin garmiyaan, na woh husn me rahin shokhiyaan
na woh ghazanavi me tarrap rahi, na woh kham hai zulf-e-ayaaz me
jo main sar-ba-sajdaa huwa kabhi to zameen se aanay lagi sadaa
tera dil to hai sanam-aashnaa tujhay kya milay ga namaaz me
I have Iqbal's Shikwah and Jawaab-e-Shikwah completely read by myself but it is in Real Audio format and I will have to convert it into MP3 before it could be loaded to imeem.com .. In the mean time, if someone has the text, please, do share...
