Please help if anyone has switched from POC to NICOP.
I got POC through lack of knowledge at the time when these cards came out. I have UK nationality and I have old NIC card and old Pakistan passport and also domiciled in sindh.
Is there a way to switch from POC to NICOP. I will appreciate your help on the subject.
