Suhaina, what that means is that you are not shaping them properly .. so next time use some force , like one of the above users has mentioned … then when you coat it in egg .. make sure it doesnt lose its shape at that point … and shallow fry it in hot oil … give it a good 3-4 minutes and then flip sides carefully so it doesnt drop back into the pan with force … and let the other side cook .. then flip for the final time and you are done …
