Anyone have a good remedy for PMS? How to deal with emotional phases, calming yourself down, not crying, etc etc?

Evening Primrose Oil helps (available as tablets and capsules usually) overall hormones and general wellbeing in women, especially with monthly cycle and PMS... also, you could try gentle relxation exercies as they help you stay calm..

thanks sanam, i am at work and nearly ready to kill someone cuz everyone seems to be getting on my nerves!
