Judicial inquiry report already declared that Nawaz, Shahbaz, Rana Sanaullah, IG police and many other top personalities of Punjab responsible of killing that happened at TUQ residence, Judicial inquiry directed police to register FIR of TUQ with all mentioned name as murderers.

Before judicial inquiry report, SS was boasting that he would resign if his name would come, but after the report first thing he did was kept the report secret until it got leaked.

Let me have a look at the report and then I can comment on it. Since you know so much about it I assume that you have a copy of it.
