ISLAMABAD, Sept 18: The leadership of the Pakistan Muslim League-N on Tuesday admitted that it had failed to mobilise party workers and the general public to accord a warm welcome to its leader Nawaz Sharif upon his arrival, and apologised to him for the Sept 10 fiasco. “Our strategy proved unsuccessful and we feel ashamed before Nawaz Sharif,” said PML-N acting president Makhdoom Javed Hashmi at a news conference. He was accompanied by party secretary-general Iqbal Zafar Jhagra and information secretary Ahsan Iqbal. Mr Hashmi admitted that there was lack of coordination among the leaders of the All Parties Democratic Movement (APDM) and they failed to implement their plan.
why dont these orphan guys stand for themselves and move on. i guess many of these guys are way better than both shareefs!
I thought MQM people had a cult-like devotion to it's moronic leader, but it seems others do in respect to Nawaz Sharif and BB as well. Luckily the cult followers are now a fast dwindling number, and ordinary people are seeing beyond the tired political sloganeering.
