LAHORE: The Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz on Wednesday decided to remove the Pakistan People’s Party’s ministers from the Punjab government, DawnNews reported.
PML-N sources said the decision was taken during a meeting headed by PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif.
The meeting also decided to assign two ministries to members of the Unification Bloc of disgruntled PML-Q MPAs.
The Unification Bloc MPAs expected to be appointed ministers are Dr Tahir Ali Javed, the bloc’s head, and MPA Ata Maneka.
He is just a Chief Minister working on a stay order by SC for last two years.
I don't know the legal position but I think he is not able to dissolve his cabinet.

PPP is no doubt have damaged Pakistan every way they can, and have been instrumental in dividing the nation... they are upto it again.. by creating terminologies which create further divisions.. only PPPs jiayala cannot see the damage they do to Pakistan..rest points it out

fed up with the ultimatums; besides the pmln is giving lectures of good governance whereas punjab itself is no better than the rest of the country in governance...
as far as constitution is concerned the people from pmlq supporting pmln will lose their seats...
as the champions of democracy and the proponents of charter of democracy pmln is itself going against it...
pmln is in a difficult position now, as if they take a uturn now they will lose credibility, and if they remove ppp they might lose their government...so ganja has finally brought his party to a dead end... :)
PPP has replied and threatened to down every office of the PML-N from Karachi to Kashmore if this happens. What I dont get is why PPP cant counter this move through constitutional means? Why not forge an alliance with the Q league and form their own Govt and kick the PMLN out of power, rather than threatening violent means. Violence will only make them another MQM.

One talked here of NRO .Yes they decided about NRO within months, They decided about PCO judges (Like them) with in months but years passed . They could not decide about eligibility of Showbaz.

I am not a supporter of any of these two political parties with the view that PML-N is a smaller vice.
Having said that I believe PML-N will make the mistake of the century, rather it will commit a suicide, if it decides to remove PPP-P from the Punjab Govt.
The sindh/Punjab card will be played and PML-N will only be reduced to Northern Punjab making it a mere regional political entity.
