Look at the reports about him, yesterday it was ( i think ) when i red that it was Commando of Ranger who arrived at the site and retaliated, Lt.Yasir was caught by surprise, it was told that he was talking on telephone to his mom, when he heard the blast and came out of his room to check and that is where he got shot ( got three bullets)…

It was reported in the press as an eye-witness account. I don’t know on whose advice PM made the recommendation to the president. It looks like he decided about it in a matter of a few hours when he was visiting PNS Mehran. He should have waited for some words from the Navy and other agencies present on the scene as well.
