Everytime I click on submit PM…it asks me to wait for 20 seconds…even though i havent sent any PM before tht…Why is it so?
Is it some technical prob or cud someone be using my id?

i am assuming that its just not with pm. it applies to posts aswell. so if you have posted in a thread and then immedaitely you try to send a PM then it will tell u too wait. (i think).
otherwise may be yeah someone is using your id.
are you using an updated browser?
