Re: PM orders to start work on Lahore-Karachi Motorway
It give no details. How many loops will the road, how many unnecessary changes to make sure it hits the right land along the way. How much overrun is projected and how much were the kickbacks and to whom? What is the interest loan of loans borrowed to pay for these projects. Any oversight? By whom? Every big project is scary, It just means more means of corruption. The details will trickle out few years down the road and 3 judge committee will look into the matter. coincidentally the committee happen to have relatives that bought land close to motorway but it was pure luck :)
