If the video does not ‘violate’ Youtube rules it does violate 2+billion muslims sentiments, it insults a religious figure. Rules are made to accommodate audiences all around the world.

There are no ‘leaders’ in a mob protest, simple as that.

That is not true. Most protests are instigated by official or unofficial leaders. It just does not happen spontaneously.
