No, they are not freedom of speech, read again, the text/speech that can result in violent reaction is not permissible.

So does that mean when people chant “Death to America” on the streets of Pakistan, that should be outlawed?

Or what if there is a political rally and people are chanting slogans against that person and that person’s feelings are hurt, should that be outlawed to?

Freedom of Speech is an unalienable right in the West. Deal with it.

Insult to Prophet is unacceptable to Muslims, deal with it.
