Dr Man Mohan Singh visited a mental Hospital. He was pleased to see the cleanliness and discipline of the hospital. Suddenly an inmate appeared before him. Dr Singh asked him," Why are you out of your room? Tell me who are you?"
The inmate replied," First You tell me who are you?"
" I am Prime Minister of India"
" I also said the same thing before coming to this hospital" he replied.
