I agree the institution could be of plunder and blackmailing, and they should get the services of Rahman Malik for teaching the art of lying and blackmailing there.

But then who cares…the vote will still be for ‘peer saien’ as are the lives of their ‘mureeds’. come wat may…these same ppl will get elected next time…peers..shaheeds…waderas…
