Worry wart that I am, I've been reading much on this, esp since we're in NY and the town next to us closed one of their buildings to "disinfect" it.
Some really helpful info:
Avoid handling cash and change. Stick to debit card.
Get some oregano oil - its a powerful homeopathic anti-viral. NOTE: I heard on CNN that stores are running out of it and our local homeopathy store had only 3 bottles left today. AND our local pharmacies are out of Tamiflu - I overheard the pharmacist say this!
Wash hands very frequently.
Honey (esp wildflower honey from your local area) boosts your immune system.
Juicy Juice for kids has a new immunity formulation - flavors are apple and berry. And they taste great.
