Can someone tell me are trousers in with kameezes?? I still see galz wearing them in UK, but never seen a sole wear them, when I was in karachi!! Everybody there with fashion sense was wearing the patiala shalwars with very short kameezs.
If trousers still let, let me know, what type..ie, bellbottom, straight or is it still the bootcut style?

IMO fashion is going to be slightly difft in pak/india than in UK/USA. Most of my friends here love kurtis and trousers...still would wear it and get it...

Like everyone says, patialas and other baggy shalwars are the most cutting-edge, hottest thing going in Pakistan. But the truth is that most desis in the US still happily wear straight pants because it's a good fusion of east and west and is more practical. And come on, we all know that patialas aren't exactly the most figure-flattering things in the world. It's simply a case of designers making the masses pagal over something "new."

Patiala N the dhoti kinda..gheer wali shalwars were IN in paki..i think they r still IN..but it depends on ur body
If u r short .. they dont look that good..it poofs out ur hips
straight pants r always IN and look fashionable..they r never out..they look good on everyone..!
I think shalwar suits on sum shirts but dont think its really IN these dayz

In India, trousers are out and shalvars are in (with the 'current' fashionable shalvar cut changing approximately every 2 weeks).
In Pakistan though, trousers are still totally in. Designers like Hasan Sheheryar Yasin and Shayanne Malik are still putting out collections with trouser-kameez suits.

Thankfully, not in Pakistan.
I think the fitted trousers look much better with the shorter kameezes that are in right now than the huge, tent-like shalvars theyre wearing in India.
