i wanaa buy a gud pencil eye liner..my old 1 is from maybelline but it goes on out from my eyes after sme time of aplication..so u guys plzz help me out?

If you're talking about lining the waterline; I think MAC khol is the best!

I second MAC fluildline in Blacktrack, its AWESOME for the waterline also, doesn't smudge at all (although technically its not a pencil eyeliner :p)
If you really want a pencil, Stila's kajal pencil is good, but it smudges after 3-4 hours

if you want something pricy but good then def go for urban decay!!! and if your looking for something department store price then Milan by iman eye pencil its like 5 bucks but honestly its better than urban decay or any other pencil liner ihave tried, esp for the waterline.

I recommend Clinique gel liner, very good consistency and long lasting.

I have been an avid eyeliner wearer for years....let me tell you I have tried them all. And I do mean ALL........I think my daughter had inherited more eyeliner than she can possibly use in a lifetime! The problem was that they
a) did not go on dark enough in the water line,
b) wore off after a short time, or
c) were not a true black color.

I have solved all these problems with the following technique.....I apply my pencil eyeliner, (I like MAC in Very black) then I apply KOHL liner over this pencil line on the water line around eye. If you are unfamiliar with KOHL, let me explain:

It is sold in a small bottle. The top unscrews and the handle will expose a small stem on the handle to use for application when pulled out of jar. (this jar is very, very small, about the size of hmmm, maybe a little bigger than a tube of lipstick) Anyway, you take the jar and pop it against your palm to shake the powder inside while it is still closed. This should adhere the kohl to the stem, Then unscrew the top and pull out stem...now for the tricky part.....lol.......you take this stem and begin at the tear duct and slowly close your eye lid as you pull the stem across the water line at the same time.

Then WALAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!! You have the most perfect, black eyeliner you have ever seen, that will last all day and all night actually!

Sanasaif, the way you've described the eyeliner like a small bottle and you have unscrew to get a stem out, sounded like a surma which is a very traditional and typical indian/pakistani eyeliner which is called surma :)

I went through the same problem were my eyeliner kept on smudging, eventually after going through a few liners i found the following three firstly Barry m's kohl pencil (my fave one), Macs ebony or No7's 05 black. I found all three of these good.

i have been using Revlon's colorstay eyeliner for almost 8 years now...and love it!!! its cheap (runs ard 7-8 bucks) and avlb. at walgreen, target, cvs + walgreens...dont even need to go to a mall for it :D

oh and it works!
