I know its easier said then done .. and if the situation you described, really is true .. then I have a Question to ask you and then a suggestion ..
Question: you said you are staying with this man for the sake of kids .. how do you know your kids are safe with him? its men like these who dont have their Nafs in control , they are not just a danger to their wives but also their kids .. do you really want your kids to grow up seeing an ugly image of a father?
Suggestion: If you have tolerated enough times and given him enough chances, its time that you involve your elders and seek khula or accept divorce .. dont use kids as a hinderance .. its better to make a decision once and for all rather then dying a little every day ...

^ I agree with CB. I see no value coming in your life or in your kids life by staying with this guy.
PS: btw, may i suggest that secretly record few of the conversations you would have with him in the future. Those recordings are going to come in very handy in times when he or his family would be threatening you with some consequences, or when you will be fighting court battles for Kids custody.

My kids r very small three of them i cant leave them alone and they r dependant on.me.my daughter is 3yrs' son is 2.30 yrs ' and little one is only 3 months old ....

Ppl have given you good advise to record conversations, disclose details to your dad and to get away from this wanker.
Also, in future don't just pop a bunch of pills, they may be anti-diarrheals creating a log block or laxatives and it will be a whole different problem.

Mere hubby ka past itni larkiyo mein guzra hai yaha tak k shaadi k baad bhee to mein hamesha insecure rahii huu.aur meri insecurity shak mein badlii to hum mein nsrazgi kabhee gussa hone laga aur yehi baat unay burii lag gai.
