i just wanted to know what is the current record for a bowler reaching 100 wickets in tests, i know waqar is one of the contenders who reached this milestone quickly who else.
the reason being cos i think zaheer khan of india will break the record as he has only played in 24 test mathes so far and he has 74 test wickets that is very quick, he will definetely break the record
I'm not sure about the record but I dont think Zaheer will be it. Shoaib Akhtar has played 25 tests and he has 88 wickets. So he has played only one more test then Zaheer and has 14 more wickets, and I highly doubt Shoaib's would be fastest 100.
