Hi 2 all…
i’m seriously upset, I want to lose 15Kg coz im over weight :frowning:
and i can’t go to gym coz of my busy schedule so pls advice me what can i do for weight lose?

Good news! Ramazan is right around the corner. All you need to do is FAST! and then do not over eat after breaking fast. Guaranteed to lose weight.

eha, I've known lots of overweight people and they've all tried every diet under the sun. By far, the most successful diet was always Weight Watchers. My mom lost over 65 pounds and has kept it off for a few years now. Same with my cousin. Its a wonderful and healthy diet, it allows some favorite "no-no" foods so you arent tortured. And it teaches a healthy lifestyle as far as portion control. They have a nice internet site where you can learn all about the diet so you dont need to actually go to meetings etc, you can do it all online. Worth a look-see for sure!

Sneha, you have to take some time out for excercise. Even if it's just 20 minutes for starters.

Sneha, if you can't afford the time to go to the gym, then small changes like walking more, avoiding escalators/lifts and taking the stairs, moving around the house more will all improve your fitness levels and reduce the effects of a sedentary lifestyle :)

Also, eat little and often, so as to keep your energy levels up and keep yourself hydrated with water. I know people who are constantly at work will easily reach for junk food as they see it as convenient, so try preparing yourself healthier meals and snacks the night before.

Sneha, I am also trying to loose weight since past 2 weeks…and even i cant go to GYM :hehe:

So what i am doing now is giving “jhatka” to my diet and it is working :hehe:…and not to forget Ramzan is coming and this will enable me to give more “jhatkey” to my diet…InshAllah after Eid my weight will be perfect… you should do the same..

Eat less, drink more water, have more salads with lunch/dinner, and walk 20-30 minutes every day…this should work :slight_smile:

My current diet is:

Morning: Eat 1 or 2 loaf of bread or sometimes one Chappati.
Lunch: Eatt one & half chappati or sometimes 2.
Evening:I just eat an apple or biscuits with chai
Night: Nothing

And i drink 1.5 ltr of water everyday… i have already lost something like 2.5 kg of weight in just under 2 weeks:D

iShaz...why not have 1 roti at lunch and at dinner?
this way your metabolism will work better and your body wont go into starvation mode and actually start storing fat
