Try rolling your shoulders back and forth.

Stretch your arms behind you while holding your hands together.

Put some hot water on your shoulder area.

Try weights luv. Ask someone at your local gym, they are usually qualified enough to tell you which weights target your “shoulders”.

Btw if you are naturally big boned (like myself :blush: ) then no amount of exercise will deflate your shoulders (width wise), infact the best you can do in that situation is head high shoulders back and carry it off like a princess :queen:

It is all a matter of proportion. There is no way you can get your shoulders light in a month so my advise will be to make the rest of the body proportionally heavier. Believe me it is much easier.
