if im in the middle of the road, nd its time to offer prayers, how do i trace the direction of Ka’baa? Someone once told me to face sun,is that right?

you can use the sun but its not static in the sky so it depends what time of day it is (early it will be towards the east, later in day it will be towards the west)... make your best estimate... at night use the stars by working out where the north star is... once you've learnt how to do it it's quite easy inshAllah
