i know you can tailor clothing to your specifications but is there any designers or shops which cater to plus sized ladies in lahore? i’m talking about shalwar kameez, tops and jeans. thanks

around what size? because there are some "plus" sizes which fit into "normal" sizes as well (like the 12-16 US range).
For shalwar kameez, I've always had luck finding size L/XL in Fortress, esp at this shop called "Collections". You can also check out other shops in Fortress. Beyond that...I really don't know where larger women would find clothing. I guess they stick to getting stuff tailored.
Really have no clue about tops and jeans though.
