Great now you are banned. Seriously. Every wanker that actually gives a damn about Pakistan gets banned.

And people get their panties in a bunch over facebook....

Often times, accumulation of infractions points (50 being the max) will result in an automatic ban by the system. The ban is for 30 days, after which time the member is able to resume posting.

The ban is just to serve as a reminder to our valued members to avoid disregard for the policies set in place with the purpose of enhancing the discussion atmosphere. Most of the time, the members realize this and cooperate with the GS Team in helping run Gupshup smoother. This is your (members') portal, and the moderators are there to facilitate your posting needs. However unfortunately, warnings/infractions, and short and/or permanent bans are a part of the same parcel and used as disciplinary measures.

We hope to have br. cricketplaya join us soon.

We need to unban cricketplaya and nasirahmed as without them we're missing out on useful discussion and diverse points of view.

If cricketplaya wasn't so rude and full of himself, I am sure I, for one, would have appreciated his point of view. I am least interested in religious/political forums, but boy did I find him annoying.

Perhaps our keyboard warriors need to tone down a little so they don't end up banned in the first place.

^^ I think this applies to those too who deliberately love to swear on the forum and their post not get edited neither they get infractions. =]
