I want to know the name of poet and complete Nazm or Qata whatever it is, whose last verse is

" Har ek daagh hay es dil mein bajuz daagh-e-nadamat "

Oh Thanks, I also got it from UrduPoint. I actually heard this on GEO where Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman was reading this in a short appearance in 'Andaz-e-Bayan Aur....'

he was reading actually two parts, I could not hear the first part completely however it somewhat was" .... na ab k koe dastaar salamat daykhoon...

The second part was from DO ISHQ.
