LAHORE: British police have foiled a plan to attack mosques in different parts of Britain and arrested 32 Caucasian men in raids in London, a private TV channel reported.
According to the channel, the men in custody had accumulated rocket-launchers, hand grenades and explosives for the attacks. The channel quoted its sources as saying that London police raided 20 different places and investigated various people, arresting 32. Membership cards of the radical British National Party (BNP) and hate literature were also seized in the raids.
Timely action: British Muslim parliamentarian Muhammad Sarwar praised police and other law enforcement agencies for their timely action to prevent attacks on the places of worship.
He told the channel that he would be in touch with the home secretary and other officials concerned on the issue. He said it was the responsibility of the British government to protect the lives, property and religious places of all the communities living in the country.
Good intelligence work and superb effort by local authorities. The menace of terrorism knows no religion, ethnicity. These christian terrorists should be tried to the fullest extent of the law.
Why dont you talk about root casues and that you dont believe unless they are convicted.

Point is it's not other people who associate islam with terrorists.. IN act terrorists themselevs do it for the whole world.> When they send videos quoting quranic text justifying their actions.. when they send video chanting alla-h-akbar before pressing the button of sucide belt.. praising allah and thanking him whenver they manage to kill large number of people.. for instance watch that Dispathc video on MUmbai terror attack.. the handler and the terrorist both are thanking allah in eveyr sentence over their success in killing people..
My point is it's not people it;s terrorsit themselves doing their best to pull in islam with their acts..
When terrorists of any other religion start doing the same quoting their religious book thanking their gods world will associate even their religion to terrorsim.. so far I have not seen that happening..
FOr instance LTTE wa smainly hindu terror porganization how often have you seen them quoting GEETA or RAMAYAn while indulging in their act.. or how ofte have you seen them hiding behind some verses from any hindu books to justify what they do.. answer is never....

It is not sudden that we think of root causes. We have been thinking of root causes for a long time. Even for 911 people talked about root causes...
