Just before i am going to ask my relatives in England, i want to ask it here first.
Is it a good investment to buy a plot in Bradford? I am going to ask my relatives if they can find a good plot in bradford and then i want to buy it for investments in 5-10 years.
First i wanted to buy a plot by a company, but somebody told me to not do that. So i came to this idea.
Somebody who can give me advise and if is it the best thing to do that? Because i am here in Holland, so somebody from uk who can tlel me.
Why do you want to buy a plot in a market you dont understand? So many unknowns. Everyone is more than willing to take your money, investing like this is very naive.
A plot in Bradford? You can't really find plots of land for sale (RARE!). The land that you were previously talking about was most probably green belt land. This means that the land cannot be built upon (can end up worthless) unless the county council with support from the govt change its status and usage for residential development. This would face much objection . This can be unlikely as the current trend is to demolish the 1970's block of council owned flats (an eyesore!) and redevelop them into more appealing accomodation.
See what you family say, but personally rather than England i would rather invest in Pakistan or Bulgaria.

If you really, really want to buy a house here, buy one that is in need of work. Then you'll have to buy it at the right price. Watch over, while the work is being done to it, sell it and make a profit.
Managing money is hard. Dont be naive thinking investing in property, funds, stock is all roses. You will soon realise the realities when it goes down.
YES people do make large profits for plots, property developing but it's not the a question of capital. It's bloody hard, full time job.
Only people buy plots in UK are builders, you normally buy a house but it's not the best time to invest here atm unless you want to invest for long time.
What i have to do then??? everything i ask ... the advice is to not invest in that. i am sick and tired. i want to invest money and when i am 30 about 7 years i want make good profit. me want to buy several plots.
maybe it is the best thing for me to go on in the stock market.
well buy in the market which is growing. as someone said bulgaria, or Pakistan.
England property prices are already at its peek.
DONT buy the plot, cause if its easy to get planning permission to build a house on it, companies will do that. they are conning you by selling piece of land which they may have bought for 100 pounds or less.
a plot without planning permission may be 10000 pounds.
same plot with planning permission is around 100000 or more depending on the locality.
