yeah i asked her for the details about the jhatka diet but she never replied!!!
its a lemon juice called plj...u can get it from tescos or any health shop....all u do is put 5 table spoons of it in a glas or luke warm or cold water and have it first thing.....u can then eat ur breakfast an hour later....giv it atleast an hour
well i been taking the juice since sunday...i wouldnt say im really dieting...i have been eating sweets here and there at work also we had family dawats 4 the last 2 days
im going to weigh myself on sunday inshalah and wil then let u know of any news but if i do weigh myself b4 il keep u posted
