Well ive hered itz a reali gud drink and itz a drink wht u can loose a stone with in one week, nd u dont need to do as much exercise and u cant eat afta 6, it melts the fat down and itz worked on quite a few people i know, itz very strong aswelll

PLJ stands for Pure Lemon Juice. It is simply lemon juice in a bottle, i think pasteurised so it keeps for long.
Be careful of following diets which require a lot of acid intake, it can give u stomach ulcers which r painful and are not easy to get rid of.
Everything in moderation, sensible balanced diet and good exercise.

^ Good point. And here I was wondering which brand is PLJ, my bad. But true about taking too much lemon juice or acid. Keep in mind what sort of medication is one on and aslo if they r suffering from any acid reflux or not.
