Its funny that government imports wheat at cost of 1400 rupess per 40Kg while pays its own peasants 600Rs per 40 Kg.

Not really related, but I am actually supporting this non profit group that is trying to save one of Pakistan's most significant global parks: The hingol national park on the makran coast. The air force and federal reserach labs want almost 80 thousand acres from the park which will severely hinder the parks ability to keep its rare species alive (marsh crocodile, e.g.).
