It gives me great pleasure to welcome Code_Red and Minerva as the new moderators of Religion forum. Both of them are experienced moderators and are members of Gupshup for a long time. They understand the sensitivities of this forum and, Insha Allah, will do a fantastic job.
My time here as Moderator was always meant to be short-term. Hopefully I did not offend a large number of people here during the two months I was here. And more importantly, I hope all of you had an opportunity to use this forum for all your (productive) discussions and will continue to do so. My aim was to be completely unbiased in my moderation (both in perception as well as in reality) and to make this place a useful tool for people of all view points to exchange ideas, opinions and information.
As always I will be around. If any of you have any suggestions, need any help or have feedback, please feel free to contact any of the mods, or the Admins; or use the Feedback forum. I am also just a PM away.

I believe you have done a good job and have stayed unbiased. Needless to say, the two new mods will be just as capable and responsble based on the information in your post.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Faisal for the wonderful job he did in this forum over the last two months. I am sure both Minerva and Code_Red will continue to build on the foundations laid by Faisal. As Faisal said both are very experienced members of our team and have been GS members for a long time. I hope you will all extend your co operation to them in the smooth running of this forum.

I am sure they will be an asset to this place. I think both have been the mods of this place before and if I remember correctly Code_red has contributed to many intellectual and thought provoking threads in Gupshup as well. Some of the example are:
